Our fivefold concentrated, distilled lime oil is obtained from the skins of the lime. The raw material is processed into a concentrated form by distillation or rectification. Value components of the raw material are obtained by fractionation in order to produce high-quality products for the flavor and fragrance industry. The 5-fold oil is only one of many ways of concentrating the essential citrus oils.
In addition to rectification, technologies such as liquid-liquid extraction, Co2 high-pressure extraction, molecular distillation and spinning cone columne can also be used to produce premium quality ingredients.
